📋 CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY
🌐 1. For Reservations via Online Travel Agencies (Booking, Agoda, Airbnb...)
The policy is automatically applied by the system based on the option you selected during booking:
- Flexible Rate (Free Cancellation): Free cancellation is permitted 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date (depending on the specific room settings). Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% room charge penalty.
- Non-Refundable Rate: You receive a more preferential discounted price, but no refunds or date modifications are allowed under any circumstances once the booking is confirmed.
🤝 2. For Direct Bookings with the Host
To ensure the rights and interests of both parties, the cancellation and amendment policy for direct bookings is specified as follows:

- Cancellation more than 14 days before check-in: 100% refund of the deposit (Guests shall cover the bank transfer fees, if any).
- Cancellation 7 to 14 days before check-in: Forfeiture of 50% of the paid deposit.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in or No-show: Forfeiture of 100% of the deposit (or the total booking value paid).

All reservations made during National Holidays, peak seasons, or under special promotional rates are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-CANCELLABLE, AND NON-AMENDABLE.
