🕒 1. Check-in & Check-out Time
- Check-in time: From 14:00.
- Check-out time: Before 12:00 noon.
- Note: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur an additional surcharge according to policies.
🔐 2. Stay & Security
- Identity Registration: Please provide your ID card or Passport for mandatory local residency registration as required by law.
- Guest Capacity: Please adhere to the registered number of guests. Any changes must be reported to and approved by the host in advance.
- Property Access: Always carry your room key card when going out. Please double-check and lock all doors and windows before leaving the villa.
🧹 3. Hygiene & Property Care
- Cleanliness: Please maintain general cleanliness throughout the villa. Food and colored drinks are strictly prohibited on beds or inside bedrooms. Dispose of trash in designated bins.
- Drainage System: Do not flush trash, wet wipes, toilet paper, or foreign objects down the toilet or drains to avoid clogging.
- Furniture Arrangement: Do not rearrange, dismantle, or move furniture (sofa cushions, mattresses, tables, chairs, etc.) from their original positions.
- Damage Compensation: In the event of any damage or loss of villa property caused by guests, compensation will be charged based on actual market value or host agreement.
🍳 4. Kitchen & Pool Safety
- Kitchen Safety: Turn off all stoves (gas/induction) and heat-generating electrical appliances immediately after cooking to prevent fire hazards.
- Pool Regulations:
- Wear proper swimwear before entering the pool.
- Vomiting in the pool is strictly prohibited. Do not drop food, drinks, or glass shards into the pool area.
- ⚠️ Dishes and kitchen utensils must be cleaned and returned to their original places after use. Otherwise, a dishwashing fee of 400,000 VND will be charged.
🚫 5. Noise & Restrictions
- Noise Control: Please keep noise to a minimum and lower the volume of speakers/karaoke after 22:00 (10 PM) to respect neighboring villas.
- No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vapes) is strictly prohibited inside enclosed indoor areas. Please use the garden or balcony area.
- Prohibited Items: Bringing explosives, weapons, illegal substances, or committing any illegal acts under Vietnamese law inside the villa is strictly forbidden.
